Party groups, colleges and foreign experts:

Happy New Year! Because of the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus and its infectivity, Hebei province has launched the first level response to major public health emergencies. The control and prevention of the new coronavirus is currently the most important task for China, our school actively responds to the call of the government, in accordance with the spirit of instructions from the higher authorities, and makes the specific arrangements as follows for the physical and mental health of all foreign experts:

1. Since 22:00 on January 5, 2021, the foreign experts’ apartments have practiced the closed management, with all personnel wearing masks entering and real-time temperature measurement registration.

2. During this period, our school will arrange disinfection twice a day: one in the morning and another in the afternoon. Please remind the foreign experts living inside and outside our school to ventilate twice a day, each time no less than 30 minutes.

3. The first encounter responsibility system will be implemented. If any foreign expert with temperature abnormality is found, please the finder does a good job of self-protection first, and reports to the International Office of the School and the Dean on duty at the first time. The International Office will report to Hebei Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and the Provincial Department of Education in accordance with the procedures and arrange the foreign expert infected with the new coronavirus to visit the designated hospital.

4. The Dean and the Head of Foreign Affairs of each college shall inform all the foreign experts and do a good job in explanation. Please try your best to contact each foreign expert by telephone or video every day, care about and pay attention to the trends and current situation of the foreign experts. And each one, including the foreign experts, shall be required to stay at home, wear masks when going out, wash hands frequently, and put garbage bags sealed into the bins.

The temporary inconvenience is for everyone's health. Please all colleges and foreign experts support and understand the work of the school, and tell each other and cooperate.

When to cancel the above emergency measures will be timely notified according to the spirit of instructions from the superior!
